Aged in oak for roughly 36 months, Vihuela’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot 10% and Petit Verdot 10%. This wine was aged in medium toasted French and American oak and opens with a beautiful violet bouquet and is followed by Bing cherries, black currents and a strong finish with hints of fig.
